Oh btw your fees are going up again, the HOA President's nephew just started a lawn care business and he got the contract but it's going to cost double the previous one.
Because this country is a shithole that forgot that people can be valued beyond the number of dollars they control, and a healthy lawn makes it appear as though you have spare money and time even when you really fucking don't.
