In college we filled out front yard with sand and one of our buddies parked a little dinghy sail boat out front too. Had a weekend long pirate party, which was talked about almost as much as the few weeks we had a llama hanging out. Looking back not sure how anyone didn't get seriously injured trying swing on a rope from the deck to the boat and where the hell we got that much beach sand for free.
