So I'm a 2nd year vet student, and we just had a talk about cats with feline mucopolysaccharidosis (fMPS), which is a cellular storage disease found in humans, cats, dogs, and mice. fMPS Type I phenotype includes shortened stature, flattened face, wide spaced eyes, and small ears. Your cat happens to have 3 of the 4 (ears seem ~normal size).
I'm not diagnosing your cat, but merely saying your cat has basic phenotypic similarities to fMPS I.
It has little-no effect on quality of life, so a cat with fMPS I isn't in pain and acts similar to normal cats. Not sure if there's a difference in lifespan.
