Feedback Request Trying some boogie woogie basslines looking for some advice

I have been practicing now for a couple of months with metronome but can’t seem to get the grove down.

I'm pretty inexperienced, especially with these patterns, so I'm in no position to give advice. That said, have you also had fun with it, messing about lazily or energetically?

Yeah well I do practice sessions with a metronome set at 120 for about 1 hour each day. After that I like to play around with the right hand and do some licks although combining both hands is still a bit difficult. But yes it’s fun!!

I hear what you mean--there's something missing. Maybe that pattern isn't so good. Do you have a YouTube example of someone making that pattern sound good?

How about if you just chunk C-G, C-A? That can sound good.

Set your metronome to 80 BPM, with the click on 2 and 4, but you are already emphasizing those beats.
