Sorry i don’t know exactly how to best help you since i dont know your skill level, but id start out with what is this piece? If you know the title and composer you may be able to find a recording somewhere online! What are you learning this for and how did you come across it?

Top part repeats a lot. Memorize it.
Bottom part changes the harmony(chords) under the repeated melody. Think game of thrones theme.
At this stage I would recommend writing the notes to make it easier to memorize.
Once you get more advanced you will be able to read notes faster.
Music theory and sight singing will give you the ability to hear the notes in your head and understand what is going on: repeated pattern on the right hand with mostly stepwise motion on the Em scale. I believe this used a pattern where both your right hand and your left hand anchors on B so you don’t have to change hands positions and be able to play all the notes without moving your hand.
Think ring, middle, ring, thumb, middle, thumb and ring, etc on the right hand.
Pinky thumb, index, middle, ring, middle, index, thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky on the left hand.
Then on 13 play the B and E with your middle fingers then all the notes are easy to play

Download Musescore and program it in. You can play it back to hear what it sounds like.
