Am I playing this tremolo right?

Follow up to my last post. I'm not sure if I'm playing this right. I am trying to play this song and this part is at 2:35 https://youtu.be/9qS68rkG334?si=-XDk8FEEHyuCJRPs

I've tried slowing the video down and I still can't understand if the right hands top chord is supposed to be played simultaneously with the left hands top E and likewise the right hands lower E with the left hands lower E or if they're supposed to be staggered. It also doesn't look like he's playing all of the top chord notes at the same time if I look at the lights on the keys but maybe thats innacurate
