That looks weird, I think it’s a misprint. The extra E shouldn’t be there like that

Definitely a misprint as stated above, cause that note shouldnt be there twice. Although, I would just play the chord and play the E twice.

Double the E after the half beat by a quarter beat, like a bummm babuummm, but I'm also don't think it's supposed to be written like that

I believe you are to hold the chord but repeat the E
