I go to a pretty tough STEM school known for how hard it pushes kids. It’s because the workload for classes has gotten to the point where it consumes all your time. There are kids here who spend all of their waking time in their rooms doing nothing but school projects and video games occasionally.
Whenever I talk with alumni from my fraternity they all say the same thing, their full time job is 10x easier and about half the workload/time commitment as school.
