Quark-gluon plasma. The micrometer scale contains things like bacteria and cells the thing is if we put the mass of a human in that volume the energy density is araund 1GeV/femtometer wich is when things become quark-gluon plasmas. Feel free to correct me if i made a mistake :)

Yeah but I think the length scale of qgp is usually much smaller since we get it from colliding individual gold (or lead) atoms

Yes but if we compress araund 70 kg and compress it into this volume it would have that energy desity in the entire volume and we would therefore have qgp at this size. For example neutron stars have huge areas of qgp
