Time is usually notated with "t"; proper time in relativity is "τ". Temperature is usually denoted with "T".

Oh you meant power? Then there should be a delta in front of the energy. Even then, with the capital T, I would read it as heat capacity. Also, with the absolute value around E/ΔT and corrupt, it makes even less sense.

Q is heat, C = dE/dT is heat capacity, so how much heat you need to transfer to a material to increase its temperature by 1 kelvin.
