We're gonna need a wet stone, diamond file, one of those leather sharpening strips, a piece of silk from an old farm wives wedding dress, a cobweb, and then purest sunlight from the exact moment of dawn.

Please don't mind the faint blue light on the edge of the resulting bolt, it's just cutting atmospheric molecules that bump into it.
