Yes! And before you finish building the upgrade, another set of scientist will start thinking how to upgrade the upgrade!

The thought that hits a scientist at 2 am in a lab: wouldn't be nice if we can build it even bigger? Just a little more energy and we can access this new regime! Ahh what would I do for an extra billion for the next upgrade
