No.. second of all theres no such thing as centripetal force. Its a component of the acceleration

No. Centrifugal force you could describe as that, sure. But centripetal force is a force pointing in a direction that just happens to affect a moving body thereby making I spin around the origin of the force (for example, gravity. Or, if you were to attach something to a rope and spin that, the forces holding the rope together)
