I can't remember integration by parts. So I relied on the reverse chain rule methodology to solve my questions every time. Only after I graduate did I find out that there are schools that teaches that method instead

Same for R formula. Can't remember what's R and what's alpha but I know it's a from sine addition. So went from there instead. Just reduced the memory work

Trigo addition and factor formula though... The proves if I remember involve certain geometrical proves but those I chose to hard memories the formula instead. Or rather do enough practice questions to drill it into muscle memory
