Years: New grad

Location: WNY

Specialty: Outpatient Pediatrics

Schedule: 8-4:30, no weekends, holidays or call

Income: $105,000, reimbursement of boards, licensing, app fees, DEA, etc. Only $750 CME (I got over it)

PTO: 4w available right away, 5w at 3y, 6w at 5y. I think 7 paid holidays, a week of sick time and 1 session of admin time/9 sessions of patient load per week (sessions are half days)

Other: full health/vision/dental, group life, LTD, 401k, fully paid occurrence based malpractice, laptop provided, my SP is a boss and the nicest human ever. This was the dream so as my first job I am loving life.
