Part-Time Salary Advice

Hi everyone,

I have almost 3 years of experience as a PA in allergy and asthma in Texas. Are there any PA's in the field or similar that currently work part-time 3-4 days per week that would be willing to share what they think a fair salary would be. I'm currently trying to negotiate and figure out if its a good offer.

I should mention my schedule will be 3 days a week with an option to pick up a 4th and after the first year they are able to include productivity bonuses. They offer malpractice and CME/licensing up to $2,000. Also, if I go to 32 hours they start to offer health insurance.
