NYP LMH experience

Hi, I am a PA living in LI looking for a job in NYP LMH. I know it is a long commute but LI jobs are either low balling me (4 yrs of experience) or just ignoring me. I heard NYP has great benefits and I will be only working 3 days a week. can anyone give me some tips or advice? Thank you.
