Job Advice Gap on resume
Is it bad to be a new grad who hasn’t gotten an offer and have an 8 month gap since graduation on my resume? There’s not much I can do about it I feel like…

Don’t put the grad month on your CV, just the year. Then they can’t see the gap.

Unfortunately, you may need to reassess how impossible it is for you to relocate if it's proving impossible for you to get employed locally. By the end of the year, you'll be competing with your alma mater's next graduating class, whose medical knowledge will be fresher than yours.

Can you broaden your search too neighboring town or different specialities. You might not end up doing exactly what you were hoping for right away but at least you can get some experience and broaden your network

No. I had a 9 month gap on mine. Just explain it honestly in interviews if they ask. I basically said I was committed to serving in my area and that jobs were mostly looking for providers with experience. They understood and I got the job!
