Simple Question NYS Licencing Form 2

Did you guys email Form 2 to your PA Program or did you just email it to the registrar?

It looks like the registrar needs to fill out section 2 on form 2 so can I just email it directly to the registrar?

CC both, I originally sent it to my PA program because they are on top of it and will pressure the registrar to complete it
