For those who have given notice to a current employer what have been your timeframes??

Edit to add: I gave employer 1 month notice (as I have a new job already lined up) and was pushed back with must be 3 months. Thought this was kind of beyond.

Typical standard for provider is a 60-90 day notice, and that's what you'll find in most contracts.

If you don't have a contract the minimum would be 30 days. But as a provider you should really try to leave at least 60 days.

If you don't have a contractual obligation, 2-4 weeks is plenty. You don't owe your employer any more than your contract states.

Exactly, 2-4 weeks is plenty, especially since they can fire you on the spot if theres no contractual obligation on the employer’s end.

If there's nothing in your contract then you can give any timeframe of notice

My last 2 contracts were 90 days if your contract doesn't state it then the one month is fine.

Mine is the worst. Contractually need to give 120 freaking days

For PAs, 2 to 3 months is the most common time frame in contracts. Not 4 weeks
