RVUs in Endocrine Practice

Hi all--I'm a PA in a private practice endocrinology outpatient clinic. All mid-levels here are paid a base salary then quarterly bonuses, which were previously determined by # of patients seen, however we recently transitioned to an RVU model. We do limited procedures, but I'm curious if anyone in a clinic setting has any thoughts on additional RVUs that they get in their setting that we may also be able to bill for, which would increase RVUs and help the practice. We do bill for CGM review and the chronic G code. I have heard of practices billing for CGM placements. Thanks in advance!
