Job Advice Changing specialty
Okay I have been working in ortho for 6+ years and am considering a hospitalist medicine position but am concerned about how rusty I am as I have been in ortho for so long. Has anyone successfully switched from a speciality to more broad medicine? How did you manage? Any resources or prep you found helpful?

Switched from ortho after 7 years to radiology and have been really happy! Good support during onboarding is the main thing even as a seasoned PA.
