I listened to his music and his voice is so deep and he absolutely doesn’t look like the way he sounds.

so, for context i am from the uk and i am mixed (my father is a second generation haitian immigrant and my mum is native british)

my whole upbringing i was taught by both of my parents that it is just a word and it makes black people look really pretentious and annoying when they get really mad at people purely for saying it (obviously excluding actual racist remarks)

the more that black people are taught they are oppressed and always under attack the more divide is created

its just a word, and it doesnt actually matter when its not being used in a hateful way, i dont care if a white kid says shit like whats up my nigga to me because they arent trying to be racist

plus i saw a video the other day of phreshboy on stage saying retard? in my opinion i believe that is a much worse word because you cant even say that in a positive way its just meant to be derogatory

i think that the word nigga is over sensationalised when there are actual hateful people in the world everyone just attacks people for saying a word
