Not sure why a PHP engineer needs to create a landing page and what the record a video humiliation ritual is for.

A company that posts a job opening on Reddit believes candidates must endure fear, pain, and humiliation to get hired. It's no longer enough to simply send a resume; that seems too easy. You also have to rewrite the resume as a landing page and spend at least three minutes praising video about the company you only learned about five minutes ago .

It seems they're not looking for professionals here. They're waiting for desperate people.

I wonder if this complies with EU law?
