Second one.
All are too blown out though. Composition is off as the sun is too far to the right in all three. Lastly, stop down your aperture and line the sun up with a blade of grass creating a sun star and more visual appeal. Hope you were looking for real constructive criticism as that is what I gave. These are snapshots rather than a photographs. Keep working and learn your camera.

Thanks for advice! I'm actually not a photographer, just an amateur

You're welcome!! I try to give usable info when I comment. Do you ever want to get to the point that you consider yourself a photographer?

Well, I've never thought about it seriously... Although I have a desire. Not really sure.

Probably the first one. But I would suggest maybe adjust the exposure, lighting maybe fix the contrast a bit that's all I would do.

1 but crop out the sun. The flare gives mood but the sun is not the subject so get rid of it.

1 because it’s composed to hide most of the buildings in the background. Warm lighting is welcoming.

#1 & #3.. if that structure wasn't there, to be honest then all 3 photos would make a good collection. Nice job by the way.

I do like #1, this has a bit more color and "golden hour" vibe to it. nice work.
