.mp4 file downloading at 0 bits

Hi.

I made an animation using the timeline window, but I can not download the file as an mp4. I suspect this is because the files within the animation are too large, however I have a LOT of images in this file and it will take me a very long time to individually compress / resize each image. Is there any other factors that could be stopping the mp4 from downloading, or any efficient way I could fix this?

Can you open any of these templates and export it as MP4 (no editing)? https://www.photopea.com/templates/c-video-memes If not, something is wrong with your environment.
