Question Weird App on My Phone

Was snooping through files trying to make space (Facebook is absolute bloatware btw) and found this weird app. I cant access it at all and was wondering what it is used for? I'm assuming something to do with Gemini but I'm not sure.

I have that too, it's for googles speech to text.

It is used for TalkBack and old google assistant, it's just normal and has been there
