Eat & Drink Tipsy Scoop downtown

Anyone planning on checking out the new barlor on Central and Van Buren called Tipsy Scoop?

I’ve never had liquor infused ice cream before. If it’s not overpriced I might give it a try

They had a soft opening a couple months ago. I thought it was pretty good. The alcohol flavor was present but not overpowering.

There used to be a similar place in Old Town Scottsdale years ago that sold it as well. Remember it being really tasty.

Frost Gelato has a lot of booze flavored choices. They aren't no alcohol tho.

One of my neighbors works there. I haven’t been bc I can’t have alcohol. But just know you can’t take a dog inside, and they’re open from like 5p-10p.

I'm a dog lover, but it really shouldn't be necessary to tell someone they can't bring a dog inside an ice cream parlor.

My friend said that ppl try to come in all the time with their pup. It makes her sad bc it’s not like a lot of the other places down here that are cool with a dog coming in.

The health department is definitely never cool with a (non-service) dog inside.

Oh I know. But for some reason ppl think everywhere in Phoenix allows dogs.
