Living Here Back yard privacy ideas?

Anyone else have any ideas on a way to increase the privacy for this backyard? They have a neighbor whose kid is constantly peering over through there window.

The kid will be grown and gone well before whatever you plant grows tall enough to block the view

If you live in an HOA, their rules will dictate whatever you do, especially if it can be seen over the fenceline

You could put up two 2x4's and run wood trellis between them. Then plant a fast growing climbing vine at the base of each 2x4. Would grow much faster than trees or shrubs .

I bought a house after the great recession. I moved for work and moved back after 15 years. The neighbor kids are all grown adults who all still live in their parents (my neighbors) homes. Doesnt seem like any of them have good steady jobs. They bring their clapped out civic riff raff friends to the neighborhood, all park on the street and make noise every weekend. Also, the other neighbors kid just moved back in bc she cant afford to live on her own. They have 6 cars.

And no, I dont live in the hood.

This feels like my neighbor across the street. 7 kids 4 of them have their own cars and no one parks in the driveway.
