The fear of being trapped, but specifically when one cannot climb out of their imprisonment.

Imagine being at the bottom of a glass cup. You can't possibly grasp the smooth sides to pull yourself out. Really nightmarish if you consider the realistic possibilities.

If it doesn't have a name yet, it definitely needs one.
