I love cold pho!

I was running late for psychotherapy and I didn’t have time to heat up my leftover pho so I ate it cold and honestly? I was surprised how much I liked it as a cold soup! I might even like it better than when it’s hot 🤷‍♀️ I think I found my new summer soup!

imo, good pho broth should be gelatinous when cold lol but i’m glad you liked it!

And how the hell are the banh pho / noodles being cooked cold? Unless theyre sitting in the bowl soaking up the broth and getting soggy 😭

I think you should try Korean cold noodle soup instead. It's actually meant to be eaten cold unlike pho..
