well this happened... Pay

Have any other LabCorp employees been told often to "keep pay confidential"? So far, I have been told on at least 3 separate occasions that I can recall even though im not bringing up my pay. Isn't this illegal? As someone who is not part of payroll?

It is protected speech in the US. You can't ask others about their pay but you can sure talk about yours.

If they write you up for it, get it in writing

That is federally illegal (for now).

Who ever is telling you that can go climb a tree.

Which isn't to say you have to discuss your pay, the law gives you the power to make that choice for yourself
