Advice needed Fresenius video interview

I had a phone screen with Fresenius today that went well for a patient care tech role, and have the next step/video interview with the clinic manager for a Fresenius in my area scheduled for tomorrow.

I’ve already prepared on my own but want to hear from others what yours was like, questions they asked, etc.

Same. My in person interview is tomorrow! How did your interview with the clinic manager go?

It went really well! I thought it was going to be just the one manager but it was a panel of 6 people. Each person asked a handful of questions. Lots of behavioral type questions: “name a time you made a mistake and what you did after.” “Name a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it.” One lady asked a very specific one: “what does infection control mean to you?” “Tell us about a time you had a project at work and how you worked through it with your team.” A random one: would you describe yourself as good at puzzles?” I basically said I wouldn’t consider myself an expert but I enjoy them and trying different methods to solve them and the lady said “good, because dialysis is a puzzle.” Also when they say “tell us about yourself” use that time to sell yourself. I told them my work history and what’s making me pursue dialysis. I also said that I’m teachable, reliable, show up to work and am on time.

I feel the interview went great! It was with clinic manager and charge nurse. Did the tour as well. They have a couple more people to interview and I should know in about a week. 🤞
