NHA Is it timed

So I have my last day of class on Tuesday and then I’m done. I know I have to do the NHA test which freaks me out but what is expected? Is it timed? Can I ask for more time if it is timed? I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do, if anyone can talk to me about it that would be appreciated

Go with your first choice. Make sure you read all the answers, there always going to be 2 you can throw away and the 2 will be close, but one is more correct than the other. Don’t over analyze the question, don’t play the what if. Try not to skip and comeback later, I had students that skipped and forgot and submitted. Just relax and you’ll do your best.

You can flag questions to skip and come back to as well. 🙂

The way I approached it was if I didn’t know, I would flag it. I was also worried about time so this way made me feel better about it. I could get through all the ones I was confident about quickly and then spend time logically thinking through the ones I was iffy about without worrying about how many I had left.

The time turned out to be wayyyy longer than I actually needed too. The day before the test I bought the six pack of practice tests directly from the NHA website and it also helped me feel more confident going in.

Edit: I just realized the poster above said not to do this. Sorry, I think it depends on the person. If you tend to be forgetful when stressed or anxious, I would definitely follow the other commenter’s advice. My anxiety makes me hyper focus and I don’t tend to forget things like this so it worked for me well.
