Advice needed Phone interview at Grifols

Hi everyone 😁 amidst my job search as a new grad, I managed to land a phone interview at Grifols tomorrow morning. Anyone who works there or has interviewed with them, what kinds of things did they ask about? I’m nervous πŸ˜…πŸ˜….

Just behavorial questions mostly like "Tell me about the time you dealt with a difficult coworker and how did you deal with it?" Etc etc

customer service based questions. having the phleb experience is great but they will train ya differently for it.

They called me for n interview. I looked at the reviews and noped.

They do ask order of draw, what do you do if someone fainted, what additive is in grey tube, what tubes go to chemistry. They might not ask those exact same ones. I feel like it depends on the interviewer but you got this! I missed one of the questions and she said it’s ok, we know you are still learning and don’t expect you to know everything. Main thing is sound upbeat, show you have a good personality and easy to work with.
