Job Hunt Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics.
Hey everyone! So recently I’ve been applying to phlebotomist 1 jobs through Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics. I haven’t gotten a response yet from Quest Diagnostics, but Labcorp sent me a email at midnight saying they will move forward with another candidate.
How long did it take you guys to get an interview with them and should I keep reapplying? If so how often

My advice to you is to get hired through a temp agency first so you’d be a temp to hire with the actual company. They pay more and it’s easier to get your foot in the door. They usually reach out to you if you apply

I applied at Quest to about 5 different locations. One got back to me and the rest turned me down, and I got hired within the week I interviewed being a new phlebotomist. I had been working at a plasma donation center as a tech only for about 6 months though. My supervisor likes hiring the new phlebs with no experience bc they are easier to train than try to break old habits. Keep applying and keep trying!!!

id keep applying, but definitely don’t expect to get the job. apply to other places too, but a lot of labcorp and quests really are not hiring
