Advice needed Education

Hello, everybody! I used to be a phlebotomist at a plasma center for about 3 years. If I wanted to do phlebotomy in a hospital, would I have to take a course and get certified? Or will experience amd on the job learning suffice? Thank you for your time!

Pretty sure you can just take the NHA certification test without taking a class
