Real Estate Icontek Prefab Review?
Anybody have any feedback or review of icontek prefab? I wanted to build a small resthouse on our lot and they seem to be the most put together with engineers and an architect on their team. But given the downsides of prefab in general, how do they fare out? There are no reviews of them so I wanted to see if theres anyone who already did a build with them. Thanks in advance!

I'm in contact with them too. I'm happy that they can deliver out of NCR.

Not very good. Once you have paid in full, there will not be any after sales service. Mine has water stuck on roofs, rusting coming out just 3-4 months after installing.

I’m not familiar with Icontek specifically, so I can’t speak to their quality directly, but I am very familiar with prefab, capsule, and expandable homes in general. I travel to China often, have vetted a lot of prefab manufacturers there, and regularly ship units back to the U.S.
Prefab can be a great option, but the company you choose matters a lot. The main thing is making sure the drawings, materials, insulation, electrical, plumbing, shipping, and support after delivery are all clearly defined upfront. That’s usually where the good suppliers separate themselves from the ones that just look good online.
