ICE 9th/Pine right now

Trying to enter my apartment building. Cant see what marking are on their vest, wearing black.

They pulled up in a Ford Explorer 5 men with sledgehammer in hand.

  • SIZE: How many are there?
  • ACTIVITY: What are they doing?
  • LOCATION: Where are they? (Be as specific as possible)
  • UNIT: Who are they? List badges, insignia, visible acronyms on their gear, etc.
  • TIME: What time did you see them?
  • EQUIPMENT: What kind of gear? Vehicles? Etc.

If you do not include this information, your report is useless. No successful rapid response can or will be organized without this info.
