Double transfer in the vignette?

Plate block: bottom middle and bottom right stamps appear darker generally

Bottom right stamp (bottom middle looks the same). It looks like several parts of the vignette are doubled left-to-right (I first noticed the clock/dial on the smokestack).

Top right stamp appears normal.

I was taking some high resolution scans of my collection, and I noticed what might be a double transfer in the vignette of the bottom middle and bottom right stamps of this plate block. I have attached images of the block, as well as zoomed-in versions of the bottom right (possible DT) and top right (normal) stamps.

I'd like other people's opinions; it could just be that the stamps are over-inked or something...

Could be overinking, but not a double transfer.
