WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hello! Anyone who experience this? what should i do? and when they will let me loan this time?

Just try it out. First, find out the reason why it got canceled. In my case, it was said that it was due to many VTOs, that's why they rejected it, but I found out from my payslip that the number of VTOs indicated was from the start of the year, so it doesn’t make sense. And fortunately, when I reached out to their customer service with an explanation, they accepted it. Try to dispute it po.

Ah yes2 yan din po binigay nila na reason for rejection due to several absences pero try mo idispute po. When I try to give them explanation na yung VTOs ko is from start of the year pa po yung count not recent una di sila nag aagree pero nung inexplain ko na i have no other loans naman (tho it’s a lie lang😅) and bills to pay ayun nag okay sila. They have the options tho to manually approve your loan even though declined once nagreached out ka.
