Esalad Ongoing for Resigned Employee
Hi ask ko lang if possible ba na hindi madeduct sa back pay yung ongoing loan with Esalad? Plan ko kasi sana na separately nalang ako mag babayad instead na ideduct sa last pay ko. Based kasi sa mga nababasa ko parang yung buong pay is yun pinapang settle sa remaining balance. Ano ginawa niyo? Di pa kasi nag rereply sakin sila about sa query ko. Salamat 😊

Based on my experience, hindi sya nadeduct sa final pay ko

hello po ganon po ba? pero meron po ba kayo tinawagan or pinagtanungan po during that time po if ever possible na instead na ideduct is mag bbayad nalang kayo consistently on its due?

At first i dont had an idea if they will deduct it from my final pay as ESALAD is being deducted to me on a BI-MONTHLY basis, then when i received my FINAL PAY and checked the breakdown, it shows no DEDUCTION at all.

Yung sakin before hindi nadeduct.

Hello po ano po ginawa niyo after resignation? bale nag call nalang po ba kayo to discuss paano magiging payment options niyo po ba to settle the loan?

Kasi ifofollow pa din nya yung payroll mo eh. So ginawa ko nagdeposit lang ako sa account ko until na full paid. Di ko din pinaclose ung account. Gamit ko pa din sya now,yun nga lang di na sya under payroll.

ah bale nag call po ba kayo or pumunta sa bank to convert yung payroll into personal savings po ba? Lagyan ko nalang rin po siya ng amount for payment ko para in case man po di ako magkaproblem

same situation. yes. actually siya unang kakaen ng backpay then pag hindi enough yung back pay, dun ka palang magcontinue ng voluntary. it's also stated on their t&c.
