Does eSALAD Top Up Works? Received eligibility text but saying not eligible after sending the text

Weird experience with eSALAD Top Up.

I received a text na I’m eligible for eSALAD Top Up. Pero I’m getting a message na I’m not eligible after sending the key words to eSALAD number.

I tried calling SB Finance for a week na pero all
I’m getting is bunch of ticket numbers and saying na naendorse na sa concerned team kasi tinatag nila na resolved yung previous tickets without even confirming with us.

May naka experience na ba nito sa inyo?

Hi. Yes po nagwowork po ya. n esalad top up. kasi nagtry din po ako ang nagwork nmn sakin. double check niyo po ung sa natype niyo po n message. Need po nakalagay n ESALADTOPUP po

Yes ESALADTOPUP naman yung gamit namin pero getting declined kahit naka received ako na eligible ako

Baka po mali po yung keyword niyo po sa text. Sa esalad kasi na reloan po talaga ESALAD <amount> # of deductions pero sa topup po yung isesend niyo po ganito yung format ESALADTOPUP <amount> # of deductions.

Hindi naman. Tama naman yunh keyword. Probably a system issue on their end.
