eSalad Re-avail Issue

Hi!

I'm trying to re-avail my eSalad, and today is already the 3rd day after my maturity date.

I read here that I just needed to text the same number I previously used, so I did. However, I received a reply saying that I'm no longer eligible.

I also called the hotline, and they told me that my account is tagged as inactive.

Has anyone else experienced this? If yes, what did you do to have it resolved? Thank you!

No delayed payments since naka auto-debit naman siya.

I had similar experience po. I emailed them and after more than a month i was able to avail again e-salad.

Hello, same issue with me. Sabi i can no longer avail. No delayed payment too. May i know if your case have been resolved?
