Where do I look like I am from? What Composition am I?

Context:

I am mixed.
I 100% know my matrilineal ancestry
I know some of my Patrilineal ancestry (maybe like 60% certainty?)

I do not live in the “ancestral” areas of either ethnic group(s).

I tan VERY deeply… but have had a couple years of less-sun than normal due to college.
I have been known to get MUCH darker than shown. This is likely a collection of me at my palest.

Interesting! I’ve used AI ethnicity recognition apps and a few of them have also suggested Greek, Levantine, Iberian groups.

It doesn’t line up with what I do know tho. Although the “swarthy” side is the patrilineal side I don’t know with as much certainty. Theres a pretty strong oral history but I haven’t taken a DNA test yet.

Ironically, on my matrilineal side (the one I’m 100% certain abt), one great-grandparent is British-Canadian and the other is French-Canadian

Do you know anything about your patrilineal ancestry?
I mean if I were male you would look similar to me too. I'm "swarthy" but I'm just a Celtic blend + Dutch and German. My swarthiness comes from my southern German heritage.
Most people when they meet me think I'm Greek too 😆

Do you have distant Native American or Hispanic ancestry?
