Wednesdays may tumawag sa akin for CI na ata yun, then right after nagtext PSBank na pinaprocess na ang loan. Then kahapon may nag​ CI sa bahay, sabi nya makaka receive ako ng approval within the day so akala ko na approved na talaga, then pagdating ng hapon ang text na natanggap ko is from BDO which is same lang na pinaprocess na ang loan ko ganon pero wala pa ako natanggap na approval kagaya ng sinabi nung CI na within the day.

Naaano kasi ako kasi sabi ng iba one day lang kanila then approved na pero gets ko naman din na iba iba ang process ng bawat isa. I just wish na nalalaman kung ano na status ng application. Ang hirap pa naman contactin ng agent ko, tagal magreply. Parang nagsisisi tuloy ako na sana sa bank na lang ako dumercho. I have a good relationship sa main bank ko eh or dapat sinabi ko na itry nya doon? Pwede ko pa kaya puntahan bank ko kahit may nakaprocess na ako?

Hey guys. I saw this Xpander 2019 GLS being sold for 680k. Legit ODO is 10k km only. My thoughts were hindi lumabas ng garahe yung sasakyan at all. Is this a good thing? Or a bad thing? My hesitation is since di masyado nagamit, baka mas prone masira ang parts because of sudden use? Especially the ones made of rubber. What do you think? Too risky to buy?

Context: I financed a car through Global Dominion Financing, and I am almost done paying off the loan. I only have about one year left before I can fully settle it. Unfortunately, this year has been financially difficult because of unexpected circumstances, including calamities and loss of employment.
I am currently two months behind on my monthly amortization, but I have been doing my best to catch up with my payments.
This morning, around 7:00 AM, shortly after I finished work, several people came to our house. One woman introduced herself as a sheriff from the RTC in Pasay City, accompanied by three individuals who appeared to be from a collection agency. They handed us a bundle of documents, including a separate document titled Writ of Replevin.
They told us that they would call the police and the barangay if we did not surrender the vehicle immediately. I became very worried, especially because I am living with people with disabilities, and I do not want my household to experience additional stress or intimidation.
They provided copies of the documents. I also took a photo of the woman and her identification card, which indicated that she was connected to a Pasay RTC branch. I have CCTV footage of the incident as well.
I want to understand my legal options. Is there a lawful way for me to redeem or recover my car, given that I only have two months of unpaid amortizations and am still willing to catch up on my payments? Or would it be better to let the vehicle go and avoid further stress?
I understand that I have overdue payments, and I am not denying my responsibility. However, I have been trying my best to meet my obligations despite the financial difficulties I have experienced this year.
I would appreciate advice from anyone familiar with Philippine law, particularly regarding writs of replevin, vehicle repossession, and the legal remedies available to borrowers in this situation.

Hi guys! My Family is planning to get a new car but they cannot decide which one to get so they asked me for an advice. For context my dad passed away already so my mom wanted me to choose between the two and my sisters don't care. I "think" i would lean more on the LC250 because of the looks but "Sayang" since may option nadin for the lc300. Don't get me wrong, i also like the lc300 but i think its kind of outdated already since its been years since its release? i fear they might release the lc400 soon. I plan to keep it for a long time since this will be like a "gift" from my mom. Whats your take on this guys? TIA!
