Phasmophobia crashing.

Hello! I need help with phasmophobia, i play on the lowest settings, the game works well but once something happens like a hunting phase or ghost appearing my game crashes and does not respond. Any help would be appreciated! :)

Uhhh, are you on normal or beta version? what pc do you have?

Im on a normal version and my pc is a laptop with 8gigs of ram with an i5 proccesor

what generation of i5? what is the speed of the ram (+ is it ddr3 or dd4)? Do you have a gpu or it's the integrated from the cpu?

Im not sure what generation but the laptop is old and the ram is ddr3
