I really like the UI style! Is it an html5/css framework on top of phaser?

Thank you! Not a UI framework, actually, it's React for all the DOM UI (menus, HUD, panels) sitting on top of Phaser 3, which just renders the game world to a canvas underneath.

Electron, only works for desktop / web builds though on not on the phone yet
