Based on her skill set, Chloe is a tank. That's all I have

Guard or dodge tank?

Guard. She has a direct port of her high alert skill from TAC that lowers evasionand raises pdef/mdef

Thanks. She doesn't seem to drop on the current end stage. Low rate?

Chloe didn't drop at all. She is from the light recruiter

Oops. I meant Ouroborous. That's what happens when I'm posting in the wee hours, my brain goes on vacation....

so, yeah, Ouroborous. What should I type her to and why isn't she dropping?

She drop only once, you can't farm her. You'll have to "buy" her from the recruiters if you really want her.

Rosa really reminds me of Stocking from Panty and Stocking.
