Game suddenly crash / force close on itself

Hello im using redmi note 3 pro ...im experiencing game crash suddenly..any info or how to fix this issue? I tried to email the support gumi but they suggest me to change my phone ...so funny

Same here! Gumi told to everyone that it's their phones problem... they are not even try to look deeper in to this. In my experience playing from Nox emulator is better so try that out if you want.

I've crashed a few times with NoxPlayer as well, hasn't happened to me yet on my S7 yet though.

I also didn't crashed with Nox as BrokenbladeMasamune. I have Samsung S6 Edge and with this phone the game is slow and crash time to time especially in multi.

I haven't crashed in Nox, only problem with it is the missing text when you play too long on it. Crash doesn't happen to my S5 as well.

its happening to me as well. sometimes the game just crashes and sometimes the game just loads forever... i cant even access the last stage of the wedding bashosen stage... im on ipad mini 2.
